Shelley brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, having served as Corporate Controller at BioTek Instruments, Inc., where she led global financial operations and strategic planning initiatives.
During her tenure at BioTek, Shelley played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial infrastructure, overseeing daily fiscal management, and guiding long-term corporate strategies—including mergers, acquisitions, and operational integrations. Her expertise and vision will be instrumental in driving SilverLake’s strategic growth and financial direction.
Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Champlain College and a Master of Business Administration from Norwich University. She resides in Colchester, Vermont, and enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, pickleball, and volleyball.
