Ryan Bergmann, CPFA ®

Prior to joining SilverLake, Ryan was with Morgan Stanley for nearly four years, where he developed personalized financial plans that address the cash flow and risk management needs of each client.  Prior to that he spent more than a decade in the San Francisco Bay area, where he worked in Corporate Finance at GAP Inc and Keurig Dr Pepper, helping manage the allocation of financial resources for the two large public companies.  Ryan utilizes his analytical strengths to help clients understand their financial challenges so they can make more confident decisions about their wealth.  Ryan is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor ® , providing him the capability to effectively evaluate, design, implement and manage an employer-sponsored retirement plan. 

A native Vermonter, Ryan grew up in Shelburne and attended UVM along with his brothers Kristofor and Patrick, the latter a standout for the UVM men's basketball team.  Ryan currently resides in Burlington with his wife Emily, their son Hunter and their two dogs.  In his free time, Ryan enjoys skiing, biking, woodworking and spending time with his family outdoors.
